Responsibilities:
- Lead teams of software developers and ensure that they are working collaboratively towards common goals, having developers from different vendors involved;
- Facilitate Agile Kanban / Scrum methodology for the team, including organizing releases, daily stand-ups, retrospectives;
- Ensure that the team is delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget and desired requirements;
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance;
- Work closely with the product team and other stakeholders to ensure that the team is delivering value to the business, managing dependencies across teams;
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the team's ability to deliver on time and within budget;
- Create a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement;
- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication within the team and with other stakeholders;
- Ensure that the team is following best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, security and continuous integration and deployment.
Requirements for this challenge:
- Strong experience with software development and Scrum Squad Leader or Scrum Master;
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Kanban framework;
- Proven track record of leading successful software development projects and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget;
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA;
- Fluent English.
