Job Title: Inbound Sales Development Representative

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing healthcare-focused sales team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is comfortable handling inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments. Prior exposure to healthcare services, medical products, or health tech is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective healthcare clients
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and route opportunities appropriately
Schedule appointments and product demos for Account Executives
Maintain accurate activity and lead records in the CRM
Follow up with inbound prospects to ensure timely engagement
Learn and articulate the company’s healthcare-focused value proposition
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Required Qualifications
Experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting role
Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered
Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects by phone
Basic CRM experience (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to healthcare, medical services, health tech, or insurance environments
Experience handling inbound sales or customer inquiries
Familiarity with appointment setting or lead qualification processes
Tools & Technology
CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
VoIP and dialer tools
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Slack, Zoom, and task management tools
