Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Ads Manager / Growth Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. This is a full-time role for a hands-on marketer who thrives on data, testing, and scaling performance. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Meta Ads (primary focus) along with solid working knowledge of Google Ads, and is comfortable managing budgets, creative testing, and reporting across multiple campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Continuously monitor, test, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROAS
Develop and execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages
Analyze campaign data and provide clear, actionable performance reports
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize spend efficiency and results
Collaborate with creative and content teams to align ad assets with campaign goals
Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
Identify growth opportunities and proactively recommend strategies to scale performance
Required Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (non-negotiable)
Working experience with Google Ads campaign management
Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into optimization strategies
Strong written and spoken English with a clear, professional communication style
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with advanced Meta Ads features (Advantage+, Conversion API, retargeting funnels)
Experience with Google Ads formats beyond Search (Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
Familiarity with tracking/attribution tools and pixel/conversion setup
