Responsibilities
1. Participate in UI/UX design for internal innovation projects, including user research, interaction design, visual design, logo design, and icon creation;
2. Work with senior designers to understand product goals and create user-friendly design solutions;
3. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure smooth implementation of design concepts;
4. Participate in user research and continuously improve product experience through feedback and iteration;
5. Keep up with design trends and explore new AI-driven design workflows;
6. Use AI design tools such as Figma Make, CodeX, and Google Stitch to improve design efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, HCI, Digital Media, or related fields is preferred;
2. Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and workflows;
3. Passion for automotive, technology, and AI-related products;
4. Proficient in Figma and other common design tools;
5. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn;
6. Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
