Understanding how businesses evaluate different coverage options helps improve the benefits ecosystem for everyone. This research focuses on the pain points and priorities that drive yearly renewal choices.
How It Works
You will complete a remote, 25-minute asynchronous survey regarding your company's benefits administration. The survey asks you to walk through your recent experiences evaluating health insurance providers and managing employee enrollment. You will evaluate several common pain points and rank the features most critical to your organization. The entire process is self-paced and completed entirely online.
Who This Is For
We welcome HR professionals, benefits administrators, and business owners who actively manage corporate health insurance. You must have recent experience evaluating, selecting, or renewing health coverage for your organization. We welcome directors of HR, benefits managers, compensation specialists, and operations leads.
