Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial fire protection and fire sprinkler systems.
Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Manage the complete bidding process from opportunity identification through proposal submission.
Submit competitive bids to help maintain a consistent project pipeline.
Work within the company's established estimating processes and operational workflows.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
Track multiple bid opportunities while meeting strict deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience estimating fire protection, fire suppression, or fire sprinkler systems.
Experience estimating U.S.-based commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of fire protection plans, specifications, and applicable industry standards.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following will stand out:
Proven history of winning competitive bids—not just producing estimates.
Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
Can contribute immediately with minimal training or onboarding.
Experience working in a small, fast-paced construction environment.

Proven estimating experience in fire protection, fire suppression, or fire sprinkler systems.
Experience with U.S. construction estimating.
Strong English communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
