The Director of Strategy and Operations will own and drive the high-impact initiatives that fuel our growth and development, bringing structure, financial rigor, and speed to some of the company's most ambiguous problems. This is a role for someone who thrives without a playbook, earns trust across functions without formal authority, and turns data into decisions. You'll drive change, remove obstacles, and raise the bar.
Location: Remote, with ability to travel onsite as required
Job Description
Own and execute high-impact projects that improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and financial performance across our locations
Build and implement high priority initiatives in partnership with finance, RCM, operations, product, trade relations, and other teams
Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments and priorities
Analyze business performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and guide decision-making
Design and optimize key operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Lead ad hoc projects and support high-priority tasks as needed, including but not limited to capital raise, strategic partnerships, M&A, etc.

Qualifications
3-5 years of investment banking, management consulting, and / or business operations role
Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and an ownership mentality
