Currently, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join one of Toogeza’s clients.
What You’ll Do
Identify, research, and prospect HR Directors, People & Culture leaders, Employer Brand specialists, and C-level executives in target companies (200–2000+ employees).
Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, Apollo, email, events) while also managing and qualifying inbound leads.
Book and coordinate discovery calls, often joining early-stage conversations alongside the CEO.
Collaborate closely with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and nurturing sequences.
Track all activities in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate reporting on meetings, opportunities, and pipeline value.
Continuously test new outreach angles (e.g., employee engagement ROI, gamification, recognition culture) and share insights with the leadership team.
Support partnerships and ecosystem development when relevant (HR consultants, platforms, events).
What Success Looks Like
Consistent flow of qualified meetings and opportunities across geographies.
Growing pipeline value tracked in HubSpot.
Active collaboration with CEO to refine sales narratives and close early-stage deals.
Visible contribution to revenue growth from sourced opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years in business development, sales development, or lead generation (SaaS, HR tech, or B2B software a plus).
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal); additional languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Arabic) are a big plus.
Confident speaking with senior stakeholders — HRDs, CPOs, CEOs.
Metrics-driven and comfortable being accountable for meetings, pipeline creation, and conversion quality.
Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment where you help shape the process.
