About Archy
Smile! Those teeth you are showing deserve the best care you can give them, yet the status quo of the software your dentist uses today is outdated.
Archy is a Series C vertical SaaS solution revolutionizing the dental practice management space — giving dental providers AI agents and software that lets them do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business.
Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as an Account Executive and be at the forefront of driving Archy’s growth! You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base through proactive outreach and lead management, while shaping the future of dental software sales. If you’re passionate about closing deals, overcoming challenges, and making an impact in a fast-paced, innovative company, this is the opportunity for you!
Job Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive in the Portland area to join our team and help drive Archy’s growth by generating revenue through proactive outbound efforts and managing inbound leads in the area. In this role, you will identify and engage potential clients, guide them through the sales process, and ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to deal closure. You’ll also collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies, share industry insights, and manage deal stages using HubSpot CRM.
Lead Generation & Outbound Outreach: Drive revenue by identifying and reaching out to dental practices, while also managing inbound leads to grow Archy’s client base.
Overcoming Objections: Understand clients' challenges and objections, and provide customized solutions that lead to successful deal closures.
Pipeline Management: Keep the sales pipeline up to date by actively managing deal stages in HubSpot CRM.
AI-Driven Execution: Use AI tools to move faster—improving prospecting quality, refining messaging, and increasing productivity across the sales cycle.
Sales Process Improvement: Work closely with sales management to share feedback, industry trends, and best practices that will enhance our overall sales approach.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Archy’s software features and benefits to deliver accurate and valuable insights to prospective clients.
Job Requirements:
Must be based in the Portland area. This is a primarily remote role with local field engagement required (approximately 2 in-person visits/drop-ins to local dental practices per month, plus occasional travel for company events or conferences).
Proven experience in software sales or SaaS, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and lead-generation techniques.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Leverages AI tools and automation in everyday work to move faster, improve outcomes, and continuously raise the bar on how we operate.
This role may require occasional travel for team events, customer visits, and industry conferences.

Health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) plan
Flexible vacation policy
