About Solace
Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken. The system is so complex that 88% of U.S. adults do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes.
We're a Series C startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP. Our U.S. based team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly.
Solace isn't a place to coast. We're here to redefine healthcare—and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. If you're looking to stretch yourself, sharpen your edge, and do the best work of your life alongside a team that cares deeply, you're in the right place. We’re intense, and we like it that way.

About the Role
Product Operators work directly with Product leadership to drive the highest-leverage initiatives across the organization. While Product Managers own their product areas and roadmaps, Product Operators own the critical work that spans multiple teams, functions, and priorities.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, operations, execution, and organizational effectiveness. You'll partner closely with the Chief Product Officer and leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Clinical, and Growth to identify opportunities, create alignment, and ensure our most important initiatives move forward.
We're looking for someone early in their career but operating at an exceptional level. The strongest candidates may come from Chief of Staff, venture capital, strategy, consulting, startup operations, or other highly analytical environments where they've learned to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and turn ideas into outcomes.
What You'll Do
Partner directly with the CPO on the most important cross-functional questions facing the Product organization.
Own initiatives that span multiple product teams and don't naturally belong to a single roadmap.
Identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities across teams, ensuring nothing important falls through the cracks.
Drive alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities and perspectives.
Translate strategic goals into concrete plans, milestones, and operating rhythms.
Build frameworks, analyses, and recommendations that inform product and company decisions.
Create visibility into key initiatives and proactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and blockers.
Improve how the Product organization operates by strengthening planning, communication, and execution.
Serve as connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, and Growth.
This is a remote role, with relocation support available for candidates interested in relocating to the Redwood City/San Francisco area. Relocation is not required.
What You Bring to the Table
2–5 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as:
Chief of Staff
Venture Capital
Strategy & Operations
Consulting
Product Operations
Early-stage startups
Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
A bias toward action and a track record of turning ambiguity into momentum.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort operating across teams, functions, and levels of seniority.
Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
Curiosity about products, healthcare, and company building.
Strong judgment and an instinct for prioritization.
You'll Thrive Here If...
You enjoy being dropped into the hardest problem in the room.
You love connecting dots across teams and disciplines.
You care more about impact than ownership boundaries.
You are energized by ambiguity and thrive in fast-moving environments.
You want a front-row seat to how product strategy gets shaped and executed.
Applicants must be based in the United States.
Up for the Challenge?
We look forward to meeting you.
