Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of SaaS product management experience, and they will work closely with our design, engineering and GTM team to create and execute on the company's roadmap. Candidate must have experience building for workflow focused SaaS software.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and drive the product roadmap in alignment with company goals, market trends, and customer needs within the construction tech space.
Customer Focus: Engage directly with customers to understand their pain points, workflows, and requirements, translating these insights into actionable product features.
UX Design: Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product offers an exceptional user experience, balancing functionality with ease of use.
Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work collaboratively with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics, user feedback, and other data sources to inform product decisions and prioritize features that deliver maximum value.
Go-To-Market: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion in the construction technology sector.
UX Focus: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver products with a strong focus on user experience and customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement: Proven track record of engaging with customers to gather insights and feedback, and translating that into successful product features.
Leadership: Strong leadership and cross-functional team collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive decision-making across all levels of the organization.
Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of construction workflows, software development processes, and technology trends in the construction industry.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data and metrics to drive product decisions, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly sales and engineering.
