About Sevaro

Sevaro is a physician-founded and led, tech-enabled virtual specialty care company on a mission to break geographical barriers and improve lives through innovation. Teleneurology is our first and foundational virtual specialty, and we do it better than anyone, with some of the industry's fastest response times, as we build out multispecialty virtual care. Our Synapse AI platform connects hospital care teams to our neurologists in seconds. Our name, from the Sanskrit for “selfless service,” reflects how we treat every patient: the way we'd want our own family treated.

About The Role

The Clinician Concierge is the single, trusted guide behind every successful clinician launch at Sevaro. From the moment a neurologist or advanced practice provider (APP) is hired, you orient them to our culture, expectations, and on-shift experience; get them fluent in Synapse and clinical workflows; and shepherd them through credentialing and licensing. You own the institutional knowledge for each hospital site and system, training clinicians to readiness and leading remedial education whenever gaps arise.

This is an exciting, newly created position ideally for someone who is tech-savvy, entrepreneurial at heart, strong communicator with various stakeholders, experienced with clinical training and education, and is excited to bring new perspective and ideas as we continue to scale our clinician team.

You are the first face every Sevaro physician and APP meets, and the person who makes sure they walk into their first shift confident, credentialed, and ready. You own clinician education and readiness from hire to go-live and beyond.

This is an ideal role for an ER or neuro nurse who has become the informal “super user” everywhere they've worked, the person colleagues call when something breaks, and who is ready to step into a full-time clinical operations and education career without leaving patient impact behind.

What You'll Own

  • Clinician Onboarding Concierge: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for every physician and APP from day one, orienting them to Sevaro's culture, expectations, and on-shift experience.

  • Training and Workflow Readiness: Train clinicians on Synapse utilization, general clinical-shift workflows, and site-specific stroke and consult processes through live 1:1 and group sessions.

  • Credentialing & Licensing Support: Answer questions and assist with the initial credentialing application and license and credentialing submissions, keeping every step moving.

  • Documentation & Materials: Create and continually refine training guides, quick-reference materials, and workflow documentation as sites, systems, and processes evolve.

  • Cross-department Liaison: Act as the bridge between clinicians and departmental leads in credentialing, licensing, IT, and hospital partners to expedite onboarding and resolve needs quickly.

  • Institutional Workflow Knowledge: Own the institutional knowledge of each hospital site and system, the workflows and clinical nuances, and train clinicians to readiness for work at their respective sites.

  • Remedial & Expanded Education: When the quality team flags concerns about a clinician's understanding of or adherence to workflows, lead any remedial or expanded education efforts.

What You'll Bring

  • Active, unrestricted RN license.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field.

  • Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in neurology, neurocritical care, stroke, or the emergency department is required.

  • Experience as a Nurse Liaison or Nurse Informaticist in a virtual role, either at a health tech company or in the hospital / health system.

  • Experience with one or more EMRs (Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, MEDITECH); informatics, super-user, or go-live experience a plus.

  • Strong technical aptitude, quick to learn new platforms and troubleshoot without a script.

  • Exceptional communication and a white-glove service mindset that makes busy clinicians feel supported and prepared.

  • Highly organized and self-directed, comfortable juggling multiple clinicians and sites at different onboarding stages.

  • Comfortable working remotely with flexibility for occasional early-morning or evening sessions across time zones.

  • Open and willing to travel as needed.

Nice to Haves

  • Confidence with neurology terminology and telehealth, telestroke, or virtual care delivery.
