POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
Our Growth Team is expanding and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Hospital Partnerships to lead and grow strategic partnerships with hospitals and health systems. This is a highly client-facing, consultative sales / business development role that is essential in expanding Sevaro’s footprint through thoughtful engagement, clinical credibility, neurology service lines, and healthcare expertise.
A successful candidate will bring proven experience working in neurology service lines, served as a stroke or neuro senior leader in a health system, or has extensive technology sales, particularly in healthtech or telehealth. Due to the unique clinical nature of the role, having a nursing background is preferred. The candidate must have the ability to clearly articulate and sell technology-driven solutions to clinical and administrative decision-makers. Your ability to translate complex technical offerings into meaningful, compelling value propositions will be key to success in this role.
This is a remote-first position, however, we prefer candidates working in the Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zone. There is an expectation to travel to meet clients, prospects, and hospital partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and nurture high-impact relationships with key stakeholders at partner hospitals and health systems.
Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and trusted liaison to hospital leadership and clinical teams.
Lead a consultative, technology-focused sales approach to secure new hospital partnerships.
Manage the contracting and onboarding process for new partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sevaro’s clinical, implementation, and executive teams to ensure smooth program deployment and sustained partnership success.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose innovative, tech-enabled service enhancements.
Translate Sevaro’s technology-driven solutions into clear, compelling benefits for clinical and administrative audiences.
Represent Sevaro at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as needed.
Ensure alignment between partner goals and Sevaro’s mission, maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree Required; Master’s Degree and/or RN License Preferred.
Clinical experience including emergency medicine, neurology, neuroscience, stroke, critical care, stroke program leadership is required.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales role in a hospital system, hospital partnerships, technology sales, healthcare / clinical sales, or provider relations preferred.
Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to learn and train, and able to work autonomously.
Demonstrated success in technology sales, ideally at a health technology or telehealth company, with a proven ability to sell complex solutions to clinical and administrative stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Candidate must be located in Central or Mountain Time Zone.
Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite meetings, conferences, and events.
