We are seeking a dedicated and organized Parabroker to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with loan applications, coordinating between brokers and lenders, and ensuring smooth processing of documents. Your role will involve managing client inquiries, gathering necessary documentation, and supporting the overall loan application process. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and have experience in the mortgage industry, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team.
Position: Parabroker
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 140,000/month
Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end mortgage process — from client enquiry to post-settlement
- Conduct discovery and strategy sessions via Zoom to identify client goals and lending needs
- Assess and structure loan scenarios aligned with lender policy and client objectives
- Prepare and lodge applications through MyCRM, ApplyOnline, and Go High Level
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and settlement agents to ensure smooth progression
- Present and explain loan solutions in a clear, professional manner
- Maintain pipeline management and client communication through the CRM system
- Provide post-settlement care — including rate reviews, pricing requests, and client nurturing
- Develop new business opportunities through referrals and relationship building
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Australian mortgage broking, parabroking, or credit analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred (can be provided for the right candidate)
- Experience with MyCRM, ApplyOnline, and Go High Level preferred
- Communication: Exceptional English communication (spoken and written) and client presentation skills
- Confident in conducting client meetings, understanding needs, and building trust
- Proactive, dependable, and goal-oriented with a long-term growth mindset
- Someone who genuinely cares about helping clients achieve financial
