Job Title: Broker Support / Credit Analyst
Salary: PHP 60,000 to PHP 90,000
Working Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00AM to 6:00PM Sydney Time
Role Overview:
As a key person to the success of the team, you will be utilizing your credit analysis, organizational, communication and relationship management skills daily, including your industry knowledge and ensuring all transactions are seamless, as well as delivering exceptional customer service outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with brokers to analyse client financial information and structure loan applications.
- Provide expert guidance on lender policies to ensure compliance and optimal loan structuring.
- Prepare comprehensive credit submissions for a variety of lending scenarios, including PAYG, self-employed, SMSF and trust structures.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and clarify financial details.
- Liaise with lenders to meet lending guidelines and requirements, to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Review applications for compliance with lending criteria and regulatory requirements;
- Stay updated on industry trends, lending products, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in credit analysis or a similar role within the mortgage or finance industry.
- Strong understanding of lender policies, credit assessment, and loan structuring.
- Proficient in using Finsure's Infynity & Quickli and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
