Salary range: Php 180,000/month (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)
Working Hours: Following AU business hours
Work set-up: 100% Remote work under Independent Contractor Agreement

As a Senior Joinery Programmer, you will play a critical role in transforming approved design documentation into precise production-ready programs that support manufacturing and installation. This position is ideal for an experienced joinery professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where technical expertise, precision, and continuous improvement directly contribute to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) for production and client approvals.
- Develop CNC programs, cutting lists, beam saw, edge bander, and machining files using IMOS.
- Convert approved design and architectural drawings into production-ready manufacturing documentation.
- Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Revise and update production programs based on approved design changes.
- Maintain accurate project information within ERP and manufacturing software systems.
- Verify the accuracy of manufacturing documentation before production begins.
- Identify and resolve programming or documentation issues to minimize production errors.
- Ensure all documentation complies with project specifications and quality standards.

Requirements
Required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Joinery Programmer, Joinery Detailer, Cabinetry Programmer, or similar role within the commercial joinery or cabinetry manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on professional experience using IMOS (Homag)/Microvelum.
- Strong understanding of commercial joinery manufacturing processes and production workflows.
- Experience preparing shop drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), cutting lists, CNC programs, and production work orders.
- Ability to accurately interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to producing error-free work.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred
- Experience with Microvellum or other joinery design and production software.
- Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery and automated manufacturing processes.
- Experience supporting commercial fit-out or custom joinery projects.
