Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and empathetic support to German-speaking players across multiple channels including email, chat, and social media.
- Troubleshoot technical game issues, account inquiries, and payment queries with deep product knowledge.
- Stay updated on the latest Gaming & Esports trends to provide relevant and authentic communication to the gaming community.
- Escalate critical bugs and complex technical issues to the development teams to ensure a seamless gameplay experience.
- Maintain a high level of quality in every interaction, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the gaming sector.
- Participate in team briefings and training sessions to stay sharp on new game patches, features, and expansion releases.
- Act as an internal advocate for the players, providing feedback to improve the overall gaming experience.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Strong command of English for internal collaboration and reporting.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your move for these German-speaking jobs.
