Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Czech-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone.
- Process customer inquiries regarding products, accounts, and services efficiently and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that customers may experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and support.
- Stay informed about company products and industry news to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, with a focus on providing solutions and support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle.
