We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Italian Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support for Fitbit devices via phone, email, and chat for the Italian market.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Valid EU passport or valid residency status to work in Bulgaria.
