Key Responsibilities

- Educate users on how to maximize their wellness journey using Fitbit’s suite of health features and data insights.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient service in the Fitness & Wellness sector.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).

- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
