In this role, you will be critical in assessing player behaviors, implementing responsible gaming policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze player data to identify trends and potential issues related to responsible gaming.
  • Develop, implement, and refine responsible gaming initiatives and educational materials.
  • Engage with players to provide resources and support for responsible gaming practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure responsible gaming policies are effectively communicated and adhered to.
  • Create and present reports on player behavior and the effectiveness of responsible gaming strategies.
  • Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, legislation, and best practices in responsible gaming.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff regarding responsible gaming awareness and policies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a related role within the iGaming industry.
  • Fluent in Danish and proficient in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of responsible gaming practices and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with effective organizational abilities.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta.
