About Us
HireHawk connects skilled professionals with career opportunities at U.S. and Canadian companies, helping organizations build high-performing remote teams around the world. We believe great people should be able to do meaningful work from wherever they are, with clear expectations, strong support, and an outcomes-focused culture.
For this opportunity, HireHawk is recruiting for a legal-sector client focused on converting an established pipeline of prospects into qualified potential client opportunities.
About the Role
As a Cold Caller/outbound sales representative, your focus is simple: turn existing leads into conversations and identify which prospects should move forward with the firm. You will work from lead lists created by a separate Lead Generation Specialist, so you can spend your time calling, qualifying, following up, and creating opportunities rather than sourcing prospects or running marketing campaigns.
This is a high-volume phone role, with approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day when sufficient leads are available. You will have clear ownership of your outreach activity and will play a direct role in helping the firm connect with prospective clients who may need its services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day when sufficient leads are available, maintaining professional and consistent outreach throughout the day.
- Convert existing lead lists into real conversations with prospective clients. Introduce the firm clearly and confidently while quickly establishing the purpose and relevance of each call.
- Ask thoughtful questions to identify interest, potential case opportunities, and whether a prospect may be a viable client.
- Move qualified prospects to the appropriate next step with the firm based on established processes.
- Follow up consistently with prospects who require additional contact before making a decision.
- Accurately document call outcomes, prospect status, follow-up actions, and relevant conversation details.
- Work closely with the Lead Generation Specialist by focusing on conversion while they handle prospect sourcing and database development.
- Maintain consistent outreach activity and organized follow-through while working independently in a remote environment.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or phone-based lead qualification.
- Strong spoken English with clear, confident, and professional phone communication.
- Comfortable completing approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day when sufficient leads are available.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with people who have not previously spoken with the firm.
- Strong listening and questioning skills with the ability to identify interest and potential opportunities quickly.
- Ability to work consistently from existing lead lists and maintain organized follow-up records.
Nice to Have:
- Experience using CRM platforms, outbound dialers, spreadsheets, or similar prospect-management tools.
- Previous experience making outbound calls for a law firm or legal-services organization.
- Familiarity with employment law or employment-related client intake.
- Experience qualifying leads before handing them off to another team member for consultation or closing.
Benefits
- Access to a $200K+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ global services.
- Option to withdraw up to 50% of approved earnings before payday.
