Who You Are
You are a builder and operator who designs scalable, reliable, compliant automation frameworks. You remove manual work, instrument productivity, embed automated quality control, and deliver executive dashboards. You care about uptime, governance, and measurable impact.
Responsibilities
• Replace manual tasks with automated workflows across business units and maintain uptime.
• Deploy productivity tracking and QC systems; deliver executive dashboards and GPT-query visibility.
• Maintain governance, security and compliance for automation platforms; provide playbooks and enablement.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications
• Proficiency with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, UiPath, Workato) and API integrations.
• Experience implementing productivity tools (Clockify, Time Doctor, Hubstaff) and automation monitoring.
• Strong documentation, training and problem-solving skills; excellent English.
Nice-to-have
• Experience with AI-driven QC frameworks or observability tooling.
• Prior program delivery in multi-brand environments.
Benefits
Compensation & performance bonuses
Base fee: USD $1000 –$1,500 per month (depending on experience).
Performance incentives: Up to USD $500 per month based on exceeding KPIs.
Payment & contractor terms
Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via bank direct deposit. Invoicing monthly. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
