- Support Google Local Services Ads setup, monitoring, and performance reporting.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
- Use AI tools for research, content creation, and image generation while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Monitor competitors, identify business opportunities, and maintain organized CRM and lead-tracking systems.
- Proactively identify improvements, solve problems, and support marketing initiatives.
- Help local businesses improve their visibility on Google Search and Google Maps.
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles.
- Perform keyword, competitor, and local market research.
- Support on-page and local SEO improvements.
- Research and build targeted prospect lists for lead generation.
- Use AI and automation tools to make marketing, research, lead generation, and reporting more efficient.
- Build or improve simple workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
- Monitor SEO and marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help create and publish useful marketing content when needed.
- Keep leads, campaigns, and activities organized in the CRM.
Requirements

- Able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable using AI tools while applying sound judgment and human review.
