Our client is a leading business solutions and marketing services provider in Australia, delivering strategic marketing campaigns, content creation, and digital engagement.
They are now looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing plans, coordinate projects, and ensure the seamless implementation of campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, including web pages, brochures, blogs, emails, and other materials
- Manage timelines, track project progress, and ensure marketing initiatives are completed on time and within budget
- Organise and promote webinars, trade shows, and company-sponsored events
- Gather and analyse market trends, competitor insights, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies
- Develop and schedule content using AI and marketing tools, maintaining a structured content calendar
- Schedule, post, and monitor social media content, responding to comments and inquiries as needed
- Track marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports to the IOM
- Act as a communication bridge between the marketing team, other departments, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Support customer and prospect database maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and coordination among users
- Ensure all promotional materials and marketing assets align with the company’s brand guidelines
- Assist in creating, sending, and tracking email campaigns targeted at different customer segments
- Update website content, including case studies, blogs, and promotional materials
- Identify and report potential issues affecting campaign effectiveness or marketing plan execution
- Work on assigned internal projects to improve processes and efficiency within the marketing team
Requirements
- Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or digital marketing
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with social media management tools, AI-driven marketing tools, and email marketing platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics, reporting tools, and market research
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and website management platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
