We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions within a dynamic international environment. The successful candidate will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring Agile principles and practices are effectively implemented across teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.
This role requires strong experience working in multinational organizations, engaging with globally distributed stakeholders, and supporting Agile transformation initiatives in complex corporate environments.
YOU WILL
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Act as a servant leader and coach, supporting Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions and achieving their objectives.
- Remove impediments and proactively address risks, dependencies, and challenges impacting team performance.
- Promote Agile values, principles, and best practices across teams and stakeholders.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and planning activities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership in an international environment.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and help drive organizational Agile maturity.
- Monitor and improve team effectiveness through Agile metrics, feedback, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams within international organizations or global corporate environments.
- Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM I required, PSM II preferred) or an equivalent certification such as CSM or SAFe Scrum Master.
- SAFe Agilist certification (or equivalent SAFe certification) and practical experience working within scaled Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional, and multicultural teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive Agile adoption.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships across all organizational levels
