Responsibilities
- Daily monitor logs and system activity to ensure alignment with our policies.
- Conduct regular audits and behavioral pattern analysis to detect potential fraud.
- Audit and verify all logged overtime, night shifts, and offset balances prior to payout approval.
- Timely prepare, format, and deliver clean, audited reports (worked hours, overtimes, adjustments) to the accounting team.
- Configure and maintain internal system logic, including work schedules, global holiday calendars, time-rounding rules, and approval policies.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with regional labor laws regarding maximum working hours, mandatory breaks, and overtime limits across all operating hubs.
- Resolve employee and manager support tickets, system technical glitches, and policy guidelines within defined SLAs.
Requirements

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Pre-Payroll administration, HR operations, internal audit, or payroll support.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation).
- Proven experience managing HRIS and ticketing systems (e.g., PeopleForce, Jira).
- Strong background in data analytics, ticket management, and operating within strict SLA baselines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
- Extreme attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards

- Background in internal audit, fraud detection, or cross-border labor law compliance is a strong plus

Responsibilities
1. Attendance Audit & Fraud Detection
- Daily Attendance & Activity Monitoring: Daily monitoring of attendance logs, time-trackers, and system activity to ensure employees meet the required standard working hours.
- Dual Employment & Pattern Analysis: Conduct regular audits and behavioral analysis to identify dual employment or time fraud.
- Discrepancy Investigation: Identify and investigate cases of chronic tardiness, underworked hours, hour inflation, etc. Generate evidence-backed analytical reports for the Pre-Payroll, HRBPs, and Security.
2. Time Tracking, Overtime & Pre-Payroll Data Preparation
- Overtime & Night Shift Audits: Verify the validity and policy alignment of all logged overtime, offsets and weekend shifts prior to payout approval.
- Pre-Payroll Data Formatting: Timely preparation and delivery of clean, audited time-tracking reports (worked hours, overtimes, and offset adjustments) to the Global Pre-Payroll Specialist.
- Offset Hours Management: Record and calculate offset hours, verify HRIS requests, and adjust balances accordingly.
3. System Administration, Compliance & Support
- T&A System Administration: Configure and maintain internal time-tracking system logic (work schedules, global holiday calendars, time-rounding rules, timesheet approval policies).
- Labor Compliance Monitoring: Track and ensure compliance with regional labor laws regarding maximum weekly/annual overtime limits, mandatory break times, and rest periods across operating locations.
- Service Request Management (Support): Resolve employee and manager support tickets regarding time logging, tracker technical glitches, and time-tracking policy guidelines.
Will be a plus
Internal Audit / Fraud Investigation Background: Prior experience working in internal control, risk compliance, or fraud detection roles (detecting dual employment, time falsification, or unauthorized remote tool usage).
Cross-Border Payroll / Labor Law Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws.
