Position: SALES QUALITY ANALYST

Client Industry: Energy / Utilities / Energy Efficiency

Salary range: £500 base/month, approx. ZAR 10,000 base/month or Php 42,000/month (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)

Working Hours: UK Business Hours

Work set-up: 100% Remote work under Independent Contractor Agreement

About the Company & Role

Our client is a growing UK-based business operating in the home improvement and energy-efficiency sector, supporting residential and commercial properties through practical solutions designed to improve energy performance. As their outbound sales operations continue to grow, they are looking for a Sales Quality Analyst to help maintain the quality and accuracy of leads and appointments generated by the sales team. This is an internal quality-control role focused on reviewing recorded sales calls and checking whether leads have been properly qualified before being passed to the UK sales team. You will assess calls against a defined QA checklist, verify customer and CRM information, identify quality issues, and document your findings clearly. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales QA, call monitoring, outbound sales, appointment setting, or contact-center operations who has strong attention to detail and excellent English comprehension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review recorded outbound sales and appointment-setting calls.
  • Assess calls and leads against established QA standards.
  • Verify customer qualification, required information, and accuracy of details captured.
  • Check adherence to the agreed sales and call process.
  • Evaluate questioning, listening, professionalism, and objection handling.
  • Confirm appointments have been booked correctly.
  • Compare call details against CRM records and identify discrepancies.
  • Score and categorise calls based on the QA process.
  • Flag incorrectly qualified or poor-quality leads.
  • Maintain accurate QA records and reports.
  • Identify recurring issues, trends, and quality gaps.
  • Provide clear and factual written feedback to management and agents.
  • Complete reviews accurately and within required timelines.

Requirements

  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Analysis, Call Monitoring, Outbound Sales, Appointment Setting, or Contact Center Operations.
  • Strong English comprehension, particularly when reviewing recorded UK customer conversations.
  • Good written English and the ability to clearly document findings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and listening skills.
  • Ability to follow a structured checklist and apply standards consistently.
  • Comfortable reviewing a high volume of recorded calls.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies between calls and CRM records.
  • Experience using CRM systems and spreadsheets.
  • Highly organised, reliable, and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience

  • Sales QA or call-monitoring experience in an outbound sales environment.
  • Experience reviewing appointment-setting or lead-generation calls.
  • Familiarity with UK accents and terminology.
  • Background in home improvement, construction, energy efficiency, property services, or related industries.
