This role focuses on acquiring new customers, developing key accounts, and promoting our vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities as part of the Teltonika ecosystem.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with experience in electronics contract manufacturing, complex solution selling, and technically driven B2B sales environments.
We are a leading Electronics Manufacturing Partner within the Teltonika Group, a global technology company with more than 25 years of experience designing, manufacturing, and delivering advanced IoT, networking, telematics, and electronics solutions worldwide.

With multiple advanced manufacturing facilities, over 30 million devices produced annually, and deep expertise in high-mix, high-complexity manufacturing, we serve customers across automotive, industrial automation, medical, energy, security, and IoT sectors.

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities across electronics, industrial, automotive, medical, energy, and IoT sectors.
- Build senior-level relationships with procurement, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders.
- Promote vertically integrated manufacturing services, including PCB manufacturing, EMS/ODM, and plastic injection molding.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and account growth.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and project management teams (U.S. and Europe) to deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and business cases.
- Represent the company and Teltonika at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide pipeline, forecast, and performance reporting.
What we expect of you:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within EMS, electronics manufacturing, PCB manufacturing, or industrial contract manufacturing.
- Proven success closing complex B2B deals and managing long sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
- Experience selling into U.S.-based OEMs and technology companies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (30–50%).
- Fluent English required.
Preferred Experience
- Background in vertically integrated manufacturing, EMS, PCB manufacturing, or injection molding environments.
- Experience selling into automotive, industrial automation, medical devices, energy, or IoT sectors.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort engaging with engineering stakeholders.

- High-impact role with ownership of North American market expansion
- Direct exposure to global manufacturing operations
- Career growth and leadership development opportunities
- Hybrid working environment
