The listing
About the Role
This is a front-line, phone-first SDR role at an early-stage advertising technology company focused on performance marketing and DTC e-commerce. You will be the first voice inbound prospects hear, qualifying leads quickly and booking demos for the sales team. Your conversations directly shape revenue strategy and inform how the company positions itself in the market.
What You'll Do
Call every inbound signup who leaves a phone number but has not booked a demo, prioritizing speed and responsiveness.
Qualify prospects quickly by assessing their budget, current setup, and overall fit during discovery calls.
Book qualified demos onto the sales team's calendar.
Execute multi-touch outreach across phone, email, and SMS for prospects who do not respond on the first attempt.
Keep the CRM current by logging every call, recording outcomes, and ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
Identify and report on patterns such as common objections, drop-off reasons, and which signup sources convert best.
Collaborate directly with sales and leadership to feed insights from prospect conversations back into positioning and strategy.
What We're Looking For
1 to 3 years in a phone-heavy role such as SDR, BDR, inside sales, or recruiting with a track record of high-volume outbound calling.
Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain composure during rapid-fire outbound calling.
Fast, warm, and clear communication from the very first seconds of a call.
Experience using a CRM to log calls, track lead outcomes, and maintain pipeline data hygiene at scale.
Ability to manage a lead queue, prioritize outreach, and ensure full coverage without losing prospects.
Experience analyzing and reporting on objection themes, lead source performance, and conversion patterns.
Working knowledge of performance marketing, DTC business models, e-commerce operations, or paid social channels such as Meta or TikTok ads is a strong plus.
Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth company with direct founder or leadership interaction is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $60,000 to $80,000 annually, plus uncapped commission on demos booked and deals closed.
Clear path to closing roles as you demonstrate results.
Visa sponsorship: Not available.
Location
Fully remote, based in the United States. Full-time.
