About the Role
This is a high-ownership content role at a fast-growing AI voice and phone automation company serving small and medium-sized businesses. You will define how US-market customers discover, understand, and trust the product, shaping messaging across every stage of the customer journey alongside a lean, ambitious team.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy for the US market, from awareness to conversion.
Write and maintain website and landing page copy optimized for US audiences.
Produce high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Script ad creatives for video platforms and paid social campaigns.
Build and execute organic content strategies across social media platforms.
Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, resonant content.
Use A/B testing, analytics, and user research to continuously improve messaging performance.
Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging as the company scales.
What We're Looking For
4 or more years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing.
Proven track record in a B2B SaaS or fast-growing software environment.
Native or C2-level English proficiency with a strong command of US-market tone and cultural nuance.
Solid grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.
Hands-on experience writing copy for paid channels such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Experience scripting ad creatives for YouTube and paid social formats.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute organic social content strategies.
Analytical mindset with comfort using data, A/B tests, and performance insights to iterate.
Experience with user research or collaborating with influencers and customers to shape messaging.
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, startup environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $70,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
