Job Role: Performance Marketing Specialist
Compensation range: $2,000 to $3,000 AUD/month
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: The Client is an Australian franchise development and strategy consultancy that helps ambitious brands scale through end-to-end franchise solutions, from franchisee recruitment and legal frameworks to digital strategy and execution. The business is growing fast and looking to bring its performance marketing in-house.
Role Overview: This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused primarily on Meta advertising, with the expectation to grow into Google as the business scales.
You'll own the end-to-end paid advertising function: strategy, campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting. You'll brief a design partner on creative needs and manage that relationship to keep ads fresh and effective. The outcome is simple: qualified leads at volume.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, building, and managing Meta ad campaigns across multiple client brands
- Contributing to paid advertising strategy and recommending improvements based on performance data
- Briefing a design agency on creative requirements and managing feedback loops
- Monitoring and optimising campaigns continuously — adjusting targeting, budgets, and creative
- Reporting on campaign performance and lead quality to the Wolf.CO team
- Building expertise across Google Ads as client needs expand
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience (Business Manager, Ads Manager)
- Proven track record generating qualified leads, not just clicks
- Strong grasp of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign structure
- Comfortable briefing creatives and thinking strategically about ad angles
- Experience across B2B or service-based lead generation (franchise, consulting, or professional services a bonus)
- Google Ads experience is a plus but not essential
- Strong English communication skills: you'll be working closely with the Wolf.CO team

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
