About the Role
Treantly is looking for an Appointment Setter to help us connect with businesses that may be interested in outsourcing some of their tasks or hiring remote staff through us.
Your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients, start conversations, understand if they may have hiring or outsourcing needs, and book qualified meetings for our sales team.
You do not need to close the sale. Your focus is on finding the right prospects, creating interest, and setting appointments.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, or other outreach channels.
- Introduce Treantly and explain our remote staffing and outsourcing services in a simple and professional way.
- Ask basic questions to understand if the prospect has current or upcoming hiring needs.
- Identify businesses that may benefit from outsourcing administrative, customer service, technical, marketing, accounting, or other roles.
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest.
- Keep prospect information, notes, and follow-up activities updated in the CRM.
- Meet daily or weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
- Communicate clearly with the sales team regarding interested prospects and upcoming meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, lead generation, sales development, or a similar role.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Confident making outbound calls and starting conversations with new people.
- Able to handle rejection and continue following up professionally.
- Organized and able to keep track of multiple prospects.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, LinkedIn, and online communication tools.
- Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently.
