About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level AI E-Commerce Content & Automation Specialist who can combine e-commerce content, AI-powered creative production, customer-service technology, and workflow automation. The role will focus on using tools such as Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Google AI Studio/Gemini, and similar platforms to improve and automate business workflows.
The role will support Amazon and Walmart operations, including light marketplace tasks and coordination with outside specialists handling marketplace strategy, A+ Content, PPC, and advanced optimization. Amazon/Walmart familiarity is helpful but not required at an expert level.
The role will also support AI-generated product imagery and video, Zendesk and AI customer-service initiatives, and the development of practical AI-powered workflows and agents. This is a long-term opportunity for a practical, mid-level implementer who is curious about furniture, home products, interior environments, or product design and wants to continuously learn, document, and improve business processes.
