About the Company
Our client is a leading eCommerce software company that empowers Amazon Brands and Agencies with data-driven tools for business growth. Their all-in-one toolset enables product research, listing optimization, sales tracking, and overall success on the Amazon platform.
Working with our client involves managing Amazon-related tasks, project coordination, and workflows to ensure seamless execution. They foster a forward-thinking, adaptable, and collaborative environment, committed to supporting their team and clients in achieving their goals.
About the Role
Our client is looking for an Amazon Listing Content Specialist to manage the accurate implementation and publication of finalized SEO content across Amazon marketplaces. This execution-focused role will upload titles, bullet points, product descriptions, backend search terms, A+ Content, and other listing assets through Seller Central and flat files.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, hands-on experience with Amazon content uploads, and the ability to troubleshoot publishing errors, listing suppressions, and related Seller Support cases. Working closely with the SEO and content teams, this person will ensure that approved content is published accurately, remains live, and meets Amazon’s formatting and compliance requirements.
This is a 100% remote position.
Responsibilities
SEO Content Upload & Publishing: Take finalized SEO/content assets generated in Helix and get them live on Amazon — titles, bullets, descriptions, backend search terms, A+ content, and related listing fields.
Flat File Management: Prepare and upload flat files to push Helix-generated content live, ensuring correct formatting and compliance with Amazon's requirements.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot content upload errors, listing suppressions, and related Seller Support cases tied to getting published content live and staying live.
Content QA: Confirm published content matches the approved Helix output exactly — correct field mapping, no formatting loss, live on the right marketplace.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the SEO/content team on Helix output, priorities, and turnaround times for uploads.
Seller Central Support (secondary): Assist with broader Seller Central inquiries as they come up — not the core focus of the role.
Competencies and Qualifications
Must-Have
Hands-on experience uploading and publishing content to Amazon Seller Central (listings, A+ content, flat files).
Ability to quickly learn and navigate Helix, ZonGuru’s intuitive listing engineering platform. Previous Helix experience is not required, as the tool is newly launched and training will be provided.
Strong knowledge of Amazon flat file templates, content requirements, and compliance standards.
Experience troubleshooting listing/content upload errors and resolving issues through Seller Support.
Nice-to-Have
Broader Amazon Seller Central support experience (compliance, account health, catalog issues) — a plus, not required.
Experience working in an Amazon agency or multi-client environment.
Familiarity with task management tools such as Notion and Trello.
Familiarity with Amazon's category-specific requirements (e.g., supplements, medical devices).
