Als Sales Representative Wundmanagement/NPWT (m/w/x)* in der Region Zürich haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Beratung und Betreuung von Spitälern und Kliniken für den Bereich Wundmanagement und Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT)

  • Ausbau des Netzwerkes und selbständige Akquise von Neukunden und Projekten

  • Vorplanung der Kundenbesuche mit entsprechender Dokumentation im CRM

  • Erstellung von Angeboten nach Unternehmensvorgaben

  • Laufende Markt- & Wettbewerbsbeobachtung

  • Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen für medizinisches Fachpersonal

  • Mitarbeit bei Kongressen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingabteilung

  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Therapiekonzepten im Rahmen von evidenzbasierter Medizin (EbM)

  • Kontrolle und Einhaltung vertraglicher Konditionen

  • Aktive und gezielte Kommunikation mir allen relevanten internen und externen Schnittstellen

Firmenfahrzeug

Diese Position erfordert das Fahren eines Firmenfahrzeugs, was eine Überprüfung einer gültigen PKW-Fahrerlaubnis für den Kandidaten erforderlich macht.

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder medizinische Ausbildung

  • Verkaufserfahrung von medizinischen Produkten

  • Nachgewiesene Erfolge im Vertrieb und in der Kundenbetreuung

  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Abschlussstärke

  • Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Durchsetzungsvermögen

  • Hohe Reise und Lernbereitschaft (Führerschein der Klasse B)

  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:

  • Weiterbildung in Pflege oder Wundversorgung (dipl. Pflegefachperson/Wundexpertin/Wundexperte)

  • Professioneller Umgang mit MS Office

Reisen: Kann bis zu 80% im Inland umfassen
