Post a remote job
Before you start
Using Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Workday? Your postings are probably on StillOpen already, for free, checked against your applicant tracking system (ATS) at least every 4 hours. If they are not, email support@stillopen.work with the name of your ATS and the board name (slug) you use, and we will add all of your listings at no cost. On any other ATS, or none, post directly below.
- Remote only. StillOpen lists fully remote roles. Hybrid and office-based roles are not accepted.
- $199 for 30 days, extendable by another 30. Paid by card through Stripe, or by bank transfer where a card is not possible. Published once payment arrives.
- Weekly confirmation. Every 7 days we email you to ask whether the role is still open. A listing not confirmed within 9 days is marked as awaiting confirmation, and closed at 14 days. The same email lets you edit the listing or mark it filled.
- The listing only. Your post ranks like every other listing on the site, by date. Promotion is a separate service.
- Pay is required, in your own currency and period. We never convert it.
- We review every posting by hand and may decline one. Nothing is charged for a posting we do not accept.
Promoted listings
Promotion puts one of your listings in one of 5 places at the top of the first 2 pages of results it already belongs to — a search or filter it matches — and at the top of your company page. It is labelled “Promoted by the employer” wherever it appears.
- $199 for 30 days, extendable by another 30.
- Visibility only. Promotion does not change what the listing says about itself — when it was posted, when it was last checked or confirmed, whether it is still open — and it does not mean we endorse the employer or the role.
- Relevant results only. A promoted listing appears in searches it matches and nowhere else. When more promotions match than there are places, they take turns hour by hour.
- It ends with the listing. If the role is filled or closed before the term is up, the promotion ends with it; there is no refund for the remaining days. While the listing is temporarily not shown, the promotion pauses and its days keep running.
- Only the employer can promote a listing, from an email address at the company's own domain.
- A direct posting is promoted with it — bought together and extended together. Promotion never lengthens a posting.
- You receive a report: how often it was seen in results, opened, and how many readers then clicked through to apply, beside the site's audience.
