This role supports essential container reconditioning operations in a structured, safety‑focused production environment. If you’re dependable, motivated, and looking for a role with strong pay and benefits, CHEP could be a great fit.
What we offer:
Earn up to $23.50/hour ($21/hour + performance incentives up to $2.50/hr)
2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm

What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll help ensure the safe and efficient operation of our service center by supporting container preparation and cleanliness standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Cleaning and sanitizing bulk shipping containers using pressure washers, foamers, and fogging equipment
Using food‑grade chemicals mixed to correct concentrations
Supporting daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards
Wearing required PPE and following all site safety procedures
Working as part of a team in a fast‑paced warehouse environment

Qualifications
Familiarity with cleaning or sanitation work in an industrial or warehouse setting
Comfortable using cleaning equipment and machinery
Understanding of general warehouse safety practices
Ability to position containers weighing up to 50 lbs for portions of the shift
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a warehouse/production environment with varying temperatures
PPE is required and provided
Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs
