As a Business Planning Analyst II at ICON, you will contribute to our financial management function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes.
What You Will Do:
Your role will involve delivering business planning and analysis work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive financial insights to support strategic resolution.
- Developing and implementing business plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Providing insights and recommendations based on financial data and market trends.
- Collaborating within the team to develop long-term strategic initiatives.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant business planning and analysis experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial and business planning, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%)
