DEINE AUFGABEN
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Projekten z.B. im Bereich Energieeffizienz, Regulatorik, soziales Engagement etc.
- Mitarbeit bei der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung, insbesondere nach CSRD und ESRS
- Unterstützung bei der Pflege von ESG-Daten, Dokumentationen und internen Reporting-Tools
- Daten sammeln und analysieren, zur Erstellung von Berichten zu Umwelt und sozialen Themen
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von CO₂-Bilanzen und der Überwachung von Nachhaltigkeitszielen
- Recherche, Analyse und Aufbereitung von Informationen zu aktuellen Themen der Nachhaltigkeit
- Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen wie Einkauf, Personal, Compliance, Controlling und Kommunikation
DU BRINGST MIT
- Ausbildung:
- Fortgeschrittenes Stadium des Studiums eines der folgenden Studiengänge: Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, BWL mit dem Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit oder Sustainable Finance, VWL, o.ä.
- Optional: Erste Erfahrung in relevanten Bereichen
- Soziale Kompetenz:
- Offen und kommunikativ
- Hands-On Mentalität
- Zuverlässige, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeiten:
- Grundlegendes Verständnis für Nachhaltigkeitskonzepte
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
- MS Office (insb. Excel + PPT)
- Analytische Fähigkeiten (Daten analysiere und interpretieren)
- Strukturierte Denkweise
