The listing

Curewiki operates a patient-initiated clinical research discovery platform live across Europe. We're vendor-cleared at top-tier pharma sponsors and CROs, active outbound engines are running, our hospital footprint is expanding through technology partnerships anchored in EU interoperability initiatives, and a CCO is building the commercial organisation around it. You join that organisation at the ground floor of the enterprise motion: the accounts are cleared, the doors open at executive level, and the deals are there to be run. What we need is the closer.

The Enterprise Sales Manager owns a full commercial cycle across pharma sponsors, biotechs, and CROs at global and European headquarters level. That means building your own pipeline through strategic outbound on top of the accounts and engines already in place, and managing those opportunities from first conversation through proposal, negotiation, contract signature, and handoff to delivery.

Your time splits roughly 40% prospecting and pipeline generation and 60% deal progression and closing, shifting toward closing as your pipeline matures. You'll sell into complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes involving clinical operations, patient engagement, procurement, legal, and IT.

Your responsibilities:

Pipeline generation & prospecting

  • Build and execute outbound campaigns via Apollo sequences, LinkedIn, and email targeting pharma sponsors, biotechs, and CROs, heavily tailored per account rather than mass-automated
  • Identify and map key decision-makers (VP Clinical Operations, Head of Patient Engagement, Procurement, Feasibility) at target accounts
  • Leverage congresses, industry events, and partner networks to generate warm introductions and meeting opportunities, with structured pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up
  • Qualify inbound and event-generated leads with a consistent framework and keep a steady pipeline of active opportunities across stages

Deal management & closing

  • Own the full sales cycle from introductory meeting through proposal, negotiation, and contract signing
  • Present tailored product walkthroughs to expanded stakeholder groups, positioned against the specific friction each buyer carries: screen failure, feasibility uncertainty, site burden
  • Develop and present commercial proposals aligned with client needs and Curewiki's pricing model
  • Navigate complex multi-stakeholder decision processes and vendor qualification tracks, supported by our dedicated bid and vendor assessment function
  • Manage deal timelines proactively: realistic close dates, blockers identified early, escalation to the CCO when needed
  • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline in HubSpot: accurate stages, timely notes after every interaction, realistic forecasting

Relationship building & account development

  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for your portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Build trust-based relationships with champions and economic buyers, and develop account plans mapping stakeholders, decision processes, and expansion opportunities
  • Represent Curewiki at industry congresses across the year, converting presence into pipeline
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, from a single pilot to multi-country deployment

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work with the CCO on targeting strategy, deal reviews, and executive-level engagement at strategic accounts
  • Coordinate with the Head of Partnerships so hospital and patient organisation proof points strengthen your deals
  • Share deal intelligence in Slack customer channels, contribute to weekly pipeline reviews, and hand closed deals cleanly to Customer Success
  • Feed client requirements and competitive objections to the product team to sharpen the platform

Requirements

  • You've closed complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in pharma, biotech, CRO, or solutions sold into those buyers, and can walk us through the last two: who decided, what nearly killed them, how you won
  • You have an existing network among European clinical operations, feasibility, or patient engagement leaders
  • You generate your own pipeline: outbound is a skill you practise, not a phase you outgrew
  • You understand how clinical development decisions are made: who holds budget, how procurement and vendor qualification work, where the friction sits in study execution
  • You run AI-first: account research, preparation, outreach personalisation, and follow-up are all leveraged with modern AI tooling
  • You operate autonomously in an early-stage environment: you own your number, run your own calendar, and ask for coaching rather than instructions
  • Fluent professional English; French, Spanish, German, or Dutch is a strong plus given our markets
  • Disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot or equivalent

Benefits

  • A fast, transparent hiring process: intro call, hiring-manager deep-dive, practical working session, founder conversation, references — feedback at every step, completed in weeks not months
  • A high-velocity, mission-driven team that writes things down, moves fast, and takes AI leverage as a baseline in every role
  • Full ownership of your pipeline end to end — you won't be alone, but the number is yours to carry
