Únete a una empresa líder en soluciones SaaS empresariales que transforma cómo las organizaciones implementan y gestionan sistemas complejos. Trabajarás en herramientas internas y customer-facing que mejoran eficiencia operativa, validación de datos y experiencia de implementación para clientes globales. Este rol es para ingenieros Staff/Principal hands-on que disfrutan resolviendo problemas arquitectónicos reales a escala (100M+ records) y que ven el desarrollo asistido por IA como multiplicador de velocidad sin reemplazar el juicio técnico.
Requirements
- Liderar diseño e implementación de herramientas y servicios complejos que mejoren directamente la eficiencia de SaaS implementation
- Tomar decisiones arquitectónicas end-to-end y explicar trade-offs a stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos
- Diagnosticar y resolver bottlenecks reales (database, application, API) en sistemas que operan a escala
- Diseñar APIs, servicios distribuidos y componentes que soporten datasets masivos sin degradación de performance
- Usar AI coding agents (Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) de forma inteligente: especificación clara → generación → revisión técnica rigurosa → validación
- Mentorear otros ingenieros en decisiones técnicas, code reviews y arquitectura mantenible
- Tomar ownership completo de problemas técnicos complejos desde discovery hasta producción

Performance & Data: Query Optimization, Database Performance, SQL Performance, Profiling, Benchmarking, Performance Tuning, Data Access Optimization, High-Volume Data Processing, Large Datasets, Batch Processing, Data Transformation.
Architecture: Distributed Systems, Distributed Services, Scalable Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, System Design, Design Patterns, SOLID, Separation of Concerns, Reliability, Maintainability.
Backend / Microsoft: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, REST APIs, Web APIs.
Engineering Practices: CI/CD, Automated Deployment, Git, Code Review, Automated Testing, Observability, Monitoring, Profiling.
DESEABLE
Claude Code específicamente
Azure OpenAI, RAG, LLM-based features
Experiencia construyendo customer-facing data validation o onboarding tools
