The listing
As a remote Supervisor of Referrals, you will report to a Manager of Referrals.
You will supervise processing of referrals/authorizations.
You will serve as a resource for team, monitoring and coordinating team's referral and authorization activities.
You will prioritize caseload between associates to optimize all available resources. Implements contingency operations to meet performance standards.
You will provide research and resolution of issues relating to referrals and authorizations activities.
You will facilitate training requirements for non-clinical associates. You will develop associates for future growth opportunities by coaching them and completing performance management plans.

Required Qualifications
Our Department of Defense contract requires U.S. Citizenship
Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services)
HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per our government contract. We are not able to hire candidates that are currently living in Puerto Rico.
3 years supervisory/management or Team Lead experience
5 years of referral and authorization management experience
Previous or current TRICARE experience
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
