Estamos buscando un Consultor SAP ABAP HCM para participar en proyectos de desarrollo, implementación y soporte en la gestión del capital humano, asegurando calidad técnica y rendimiento de las soluciones.
La posición requiere experiencia específica en desarrollo ABAP enfocado en el ecosistema HCM/HR y un fuerte dominio técnico de los módulos.
Responsabilidades:
· Desarrollar y mantener soluciones ABAP orientadas a HCM (Reports ALV, interfaces BAPI/RFC/IDoc, formularios y ampliaciones BADIs/Enhancements).
· Implementar lógica técnica sobre módulos de Personal Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT) y Payroll (PY).
· Diseñar programas utilizando bases de datos lógicas (PNP/PNPCE) y macros de infotipos.
· Diseñar la solución técnica según requerimientos funcionales del cliente.
· Coordinar actividades con el equipo de proyecto y PM.
· Gestionar relación con el cliente, incluyendo resolución de incidencias y análisis de performance.
· Identificar riesgos técnicos y proponer acciones preventivas.
· Elaborar especificaciones técnicas y documentación de desarrollos.
Requisitos:
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo SAP ABAP (especialización en HCM / HR).
• Experiencia en desarrollos para lectura e impacto de infotipos de HCM y LDBs (Excluyente).
• Formación ideal en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Industrial o carrera afín (no excluyente, pero altamente valorado).
• Perfil técnico sólido, con lógica de procesos y pensamiento estructurado.
• Capacidad de trabajo autónomo y orientación a resultados.
• Inglés intermedio deseable (no excluyente).
Acerca de la posición:
• Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 9 a 18 h.
• Modalidad: 100% Remoto. Con eventuales instancias presenciales.
