  • Build responsive experiences that work across different screen sizes, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
  • Use browser debugging and profiling tools to identify and resolve performance and technical issues.

Development Workflow

  • Collaborate with the team using Git and established development workflows.
  • Build reliable, maintainable systems that support efficient iteration and content development.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across the game, browser, and web technology stack.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong professional experience developing 2D browser-based games.

  • Proven experience optimizing web games for desktop and mobile browsers.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, including different resolutions and aspect ratios.
  • Experience managing sprites, textures, atlases, and other game assets.
  • Comfortable using browser debugging and profiling tools to diagnose technical and performance issues.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with Tailwind CSS.
  • Testing experience with Vitest and/or Playwright.
  • Familiarity with analytics and telemetry tools such as PostHog or Sentry.
  • Experience with asset delivery or CDN pipelines.
  • Previous experience developing casual, puzzle, or other HTML5 games.

Benefits
