The listing
We are looking for a Middle Media Buyer with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads to join our Performance Marketing team.
Your primary focus will be Paid Search across global markets and Brand Awareness campaigns on YouTube. You will work with both web and mobile app acquisition, large campaign structures, attribution, automation, and significant advertising budgets.
We are looking for someone who understands the entire acquisition funnel and can connect advertising performance with real business results.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize Google Paid Search campaigns worldwide.
- Plan and run YouTube Brand Awareness campaigns, including Brand Lift Studies.
- Manage large-scale Google Ads account structures with a high volume of Search campaigns.
- Build and optimize acquisition across web, app, web-to-app, and quiz funnels.
- Launch Search campaigns for mobile applications and ensure correct tracking and attribution.
- Work with AppsFlyer raw data, including keyword IDs and campaign-level attribution.
- Maintain clear campaign naming, tagging, and tracking structures.
- Analyze performance across the full acquisition funnel and continuously identify optimization opportunities.
- Automate campaign management and reporting using Google Ads Editor, Google Sheets, and AI tools such as Claude MCP.
- Potentially expand into Performance Max, Display, and Demand Gen campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, primarily with Paid Search.
- Proven experience managing both web and mobile app acquisition.
- Strong understanding of how Search campaigns for mobile apps are structured, tracked, and analyzed.
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer, including raw data and attribution.
- Experience launching and optimizing web-to-app and quiz funnels.
- Experience managing advertising budgets of at least $50K per month.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, tracking, and performance measurement.
- Experience managing a large number of Search campaigns using Google Ads Editor.
- Experience automating workflows with Google Sheets and other automation / AI tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data.
- Good English (B2+).
- Collaborative, proactive, and straightforward communication style.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Performance Max, Display, and Demand Gen campaigns.
- Experience running large-scale brand awareness and display campaigns.
- Experience with advertising platforms beyond Google.
- Background in fintech, financial products, or other transaction-driven products.
- Crypto experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience working with large international or well-known consumer brands.
