About the Role:

The Deal Review Consultant is a key cross-functional partner within Sales Strategy and Revenue Operations, supporting the Americas Enterprise Sales team, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders. This role focuses on supporting Falcon Flex deal structures, ensuring revenue and policy compliance, and enabling scalable, disciplined deal execution. The consultant will play an active role in driving CrowdStrike ARR growth and supporting the maturity of the Falcon Flex program across the Americas region.


What You'll Do:

  • Deal Advisory: Serve as a core resource for Falcon Flex, guiding regional account teams on deal structure, policy compliance, commercial economics, and governance.
  • Lifecycle Management: Facilitate the Falcon Flex deal lifecycle, supporting new customer acquisitions, activations, expansions, and renewals across the Americas Enterprise segment.
  • Approvals & Governance: Review and process end-to-end Falcon Flex deal requests, managing approval workflows to ensure transactions align with established compliance and business guardrails.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate daily with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Alliance partners, and regional field teams to drive efficient deal execution.
  • Non-Standard Transactions: Help guide non-standard deal terms through appropriate cross-functional review and approval channels.
  • Financial Modeling: Conduct financial modeling and business analysis to evaluate commercial terms, margin impacts, and operational considerations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Clear, concise tracking and communication of deal status, risks, and recommendations to regional sales managers and operational leadership.
  • Process Execution & Improvement: Partner with Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations to identify operational friction points and contribute to process and system enhancements in Salesforce CPQ.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise sales operations, finance, deal desk, or commercial management within a SaaS environment.
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of subscription billing models, SaaS economics, and ARR concepts.
  • Technical Skills: Practical experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms; strong proficiency in spreadsheet-based financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional peers in Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities, sound commercial judgment, and a proactive approach to resolving deal roadblocks.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex deal details for sales leadership.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $110,000 - $160,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
