The listing
The Business Process Analyst IV is responsible for analyzing and improving business processes within an organization. Identifies inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and proposes solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis; document current and future workflows.
- Create process maps and documentation including SOPs, decision points, inputs, outputs, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on process changes and support successful implementation.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce cost, and improve quality.
- Perform data analysis to uncover trends and drive data based improvement recommendations.
- Support change management by communicating updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating training.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and track ongoing performance.
- Promote continuous improvement and stay current on industry best practices.
- May lead, train, and mentor team members.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven plus (7+) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $51.63 to $58 per hour, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
