As a Content Moderator, you will monitor interactions across social platforms to keep communities safe and respectful, including:
- Monitoring activity: Keeping an eye on comments, messages, mentions, and posts to ensure the community stays active and on-topic.
- Enforcing guidelines: Applying community standards by removing inappropriate, offensive, or spam content.
- Escalating issues: Identifying and flagging sensitive concerns, customer complaints, or potential crises for the appropriate teams to address.
- Gathering insights: Tracking trends, frequently asked questions, or common complaints that can help improve user experience.

Project's Hourly Commitment:
A minimum of 20 hrs/week

Workspace Requirements:
- A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or above
