What You Will Do:
Your experience in contract management will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Home-based Client Dedicated program for Sr. Clinical Investigator Payment Associate role
- Will provide specialized support and assistance to the Clinical Business Operations department within the Clinical Site Payments function. This role involves close collaboration with investigative sites, the Clinical Operations team, the Clinical Site Contracts Management team, the Budget Development team, and site payment vendors.
- The position requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills to ensure accurate and timely site payments, along with effective management of the study portfolio through planning, execution, and tracking of global clinical trial payments.
Your Profile:
You will have a strong foundation in contract management, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required qualifications and experience:
- 5+ years of Clinical Research experience including 3+ years of investigator payment experience or Sr. CTAs with solid investigator payment experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline
- Business English communication skills
- Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual provisions and identify potential issues or opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
